He has over 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to both the public and private sectors. He supports clients in matters related to the implementation and contracting of investments, including in particular public procurement law, which is his main area of specialisation.
He represents clients before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts, as well as advises on the implementation stage of a contract concluded as a result of a public procurement procedure. Michał also has extensive experience in handling disputes concerning projects co-financed with public funds.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked for leading law firms. He advised on major road and rail infrastructure investments. He supported companies in the medical sector in tendering procedures. Represented clients in defence and security contracts that required access to classified information based on the security clearance held. He has extensive experience in the implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
