Partner promotion at Eversheds Sutherland PolandApril 02, 2025 Michał Wojciechowski, an attorney-at-law leading the Public Contracts team at the Polish office of Eversheds Sutherland, has been promoted to Partner. Michał has over 15 years of experience in legal advice for both the public and private sectors. He supports clients in matters related to the implementation and contracting of investments, particularly in the field of public procurement law, which is his main specialization. He represents clients before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts, and advises during the implementation of contracts resulting from public procurement procedures. Michał also has extensive experience in handling disputes related to projects co-financed with public funds. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked at leading law firms. He advised on significant investments in road and rail infrastructure. He supported companies in the medical sector in tender procedures. He represented clients in defense and security procurements, where access to classified information was required, based on his security clearance. He has extensive experience in advising on projects implemented in the public-private partnership (PPP) formula. He is the author of over 50 publications on public procurement law, including co-authoring a commentary on Directive 2014/24/EU published by C.H. Beck. He is a member of the Public Procurement Law Association. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Public Procurement Law Section of the Warsaw Bar Association. Michał has been recommended for many years by international legal rankings: Chambers and Legal 500, where he has been recognized as a "Next Generation Partner" for the second year in a row. He is a lecturer in postgraduate MBA studies.
