He specialises in labour law. As a member of our Industrial Relations team, he advises companies within the framework of business conflicts between companies and works councils or trade unions as well as in case of changes to collective bargaining commitments.
Leading international corporations of the manufacturing industry, e.g. from the automotive, transport and food sectors, count among his clients.
Litigation before labour courts throughout Germany in labour law conflicts with trade unions and works councils.
Maximilian studied law at the University of Regensburg and completed his professional training at Munich Higher Regional Court.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Maximilian worked for a boutique law firm with a focus on corporate law and an international auditing company in Munich.
