Eversheds Sutherland advised Unimetal B.V. on its acquisition of CS Additive and CS Services

Eversheds Sutherland has advised Unimetal B.V., a Dutch subsidiary of the international Unimetal Group, on the acquisition of CS Additive GmbH and CS Services GmbH. CS Additive, a manufacturer of carburising products for the iron and steel industry at its site in Brüggen, Germany, is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of carbon products. The acquisition marks a strategic step in Unimetal’s continued expansion in the European market and reinforces its position in the field of advanced metallurgical materials. Eversheds Sutherland provided comprehensive advice to Unimetal B.V. on the acquisition of CS Additive and CS Services. The agreement was signed on 22 April 2025 and closed on 1 July 2025.
