Navid Anderson advises private equity funds and strategic investors on complex cross-border and domestic transactions, with a strong focus on private equity and the energy sector. His work spans acquisitions, disposals, takeovers, restructurings, and joint ventures.
He has significant experience in cross-border transactions, including German-Chinese transactions, and guides clients through the legal and commercial aspects of investments in regulated markets.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2023, Navid Anderson worked for several major international law firms since 2012.
