Phyllis’ practice includes a strong focus on representing clients’ financing needs in the energy sector. More broadly, her multifaceted experience includes advising on secured lending, debt finance, project finance, restructuring, complex intercreditor agreements, mergers and acquisitions and other transactional and corporate matters.
In her nearly 25 years of practice, Phyllis has successfully guided financings valued in the hundreds of millions and billions of dollars across multiple industries and has played a significant role in assisting companies and lenders through in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Prior to Eversheds Sutherland, she practiced in the Texas offices of other global law firms.
