Lindsay advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters.
These include patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, and portfolio management. She assists in representing clients in a variety of technological fields, including medical devices and biotechnology and life sciences.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Lindsay worked as a law clerk for the United States International Trade Commission’s Office of Unfair Import Investigations. In 2020, she participated in the Eversheds Sutherland Summer Associate program.
