Eversheds Sutherland Welcomes Kenzo Tsushima as Konexo US Head of Legal Managed Services, Strengthening Large-Scale Delivery Capabilities for Corporate Legal Departments

Mr. Tsushima’s arrival reflects growing demand for more scalable, technology-enabled delivery models.

Mr. Tsushima will work directly with in-house legal leaders to design and continuously improve managed services programs—reducing cycle times, lowering per-unit costs and freeing internal teams to focus on higher-stakes strategic work. Within Konexo, he will collaborate with Head of Konexo US Taimur Ghaznavi, international Konexo teams led by Head of Konexo David Saunders and Eversheds Sutherland partners across industries to bring market insights and technology-enabled solutions to clients and support business growth.

Mr. Tsushima has over a decade of leadership experience in legal and technology consulting, guiding teams on complex legal managed services projects and AI-enabled legal technology for enterprise clients. He was most recently Principal of Managed Solutions and AI Programs for a global technology-enabled services provider to the legal industry. In that role, he led the design, commercialization, and delivery of legal managed services projects, with a focus on optimization through AI and other evolving technology capabilities.

Mr. Tsushima's appointment is the latest in a series of senior-level investments in Konexo US, following the appointment of Mr. Ghaznavi as Head of Konexo US in late 2024 and Head of Resourcing Strategy and Markets Amie Davidson in September 2025.
