Eversheds Sutherland Poland advised Parker Hannifin on the sale and relocation of its premises

An interdisciplinary team of Eversheds Sutherland Poland advised the Polish branch of Parker Hannifin in the course of the sale transaction of the current premises as well as on a transfer to the new leased property. The transaction was led by Krzysztof Feluch (Of Counsel, M&A) and Grzegorz Witczymiszyn (Associate, Real Estate) with the support of Agnieszka Wierzbicka (Of Counsel, Tax) and Piotr Wiśniewski (Paralegal), as well as in close cooperation with the client’s team including the managers from Czech, Poland and real estate manager from the Ohio headquarters.

Lease contract for office and warehouse area was concluded with Oxygen Project, for a 5-year period. Its signing was the last stage of the 1,5-year-long process of sale of the previously owned premises by the client and transfer to a leased property. In the course of the works, our lawyers negotiated and re-negotiated preliminary sale agreement, as well as negotiated the contract for the transfer of real estate, the temporary lease agreement and the final lease agreement.
