Eversheds Sutherland Advises Stoneweg US on Disposition of 10-Property Cardinal Portfolio for $94.25 MillionDecember 11, 2020 Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce that it represented client Stoneweg US, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and developments, in the disposition of its 10-property Cardinal Portfolio in Florida. Stoneweg’s portfolio contains over 12,500 units valued over $1 billion, and the Cardinal Portfolio comprises 10 garden-style multifamily complexes with more than 1,200 units spread across Central and North Florida. The transaction for $94.25 million closed on December 4, 2020. Eversheds Sutherland Real Estate Partner David F. Reid led the transaction with assistance from Associate Pedro Dorado.
