She handles a broad range of commercial property disputes.
Charlotte has experience in advising landlords and tenants regarding all real estate dispute management matters including lease renewals, dilapidation claims, arrears, break options, rent reviews, occupier status disputes, landlord consents, tenant insolvency, forfeiture and breaches of covenant.
Charlotte works with many of the firm’s real estate clients in a number of different sectors. These include real estate investors, institutional landlords, retailers and the wider consumer sector clients, financial institutions, energy sector clients and technology sector clients.

- Project Management of Part 8 Declaratory Proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal, for one of the largest providers of privately rented housing in the UK, concerning a £multi-billion portfolio
- successfully guiding a multinational technology company upon its strategy in exercising a very onerous break right to terminate its lease early, resulting in a rent saving in excess of £3million
- assisting a capital management company with establishing and managing a vacant possession strategy as part of a time critical £1billion regeneration scheme in Central London
