She specializes in high-value, complex commercial disputes for national and international clients.
Her particular area of expertise is technology and outsourcing, where she works regularly with customers and suppliers to manage sensitive and time-critical issues. She helps clients navigate contractual sticking points, particularly around service credit regimes, change management, exit and termination processes and software license usage. Ridah is recognised as a “Leading Associate” in Legal 500 for her TMT disputes work.
Ridah has most recently advised clients on TMT disputes within the Banking, Financial Services, Aerospace and Defence, Automotive and Utilities Sectors. She also has experience of working with start-ups, particularly in the AI space.
Ridah is a member of the firm’s TMT and FinTech groups. She works with commercial colleagues on the impact of disruptive technology and driving forward risk management strategies and thought leadership.
