Eversheds Sutherland appoints Partner Eda Demirel to its Corporate practiceEversheds Sutherland is pleased to welcome Eda Demirel as a Partner to its Reorganizations team in London, which sits within the firm’s Corporate practice, bolstering the firm’s global reorganizations capability. Eda joins from DLA Piper, where she built and led the firm’s International Corporate Reorganizations practice. Prior to this, Eda worked for EY Law and its affiliated law firms, as well as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Qualified in England and Wales, Germany and New York, Eda is a highly experienced lawyer who has worked with multiple global organisations on their strategic reorganizations. She has a large portfolio of multinational clients with whom she has built enduring relationships over the past 20 years.
