Daniel joins the firm today/5 September 2022. Daniel is experienced in all aspects of planning law and holds extensive experience in the consenting of major infrastructure projects, having focused on this since qualifying in 2003. His track record on major infrastructure projects, particularly in the aviation and water sectors, aligns well with our already strong credentials in these areas. Daniel’s experience of leading the delivery of legal services in areas of policy, strategy, consenting, property and litigation for big ticket and high profile projects will allow us to not only grow new relationships in target sectors, but also further our established client relationships in other sectors.” Daniel Freiman, Partner, Eversheds Sutherland, commented: “Eversheds Sutherland has a stellar reputation in planning and real estate and the breadth of the firm’s activity advising on major infrastructure projects was a strong draw for me. I am excited to be joining Paul and the wider team and to help continue providing clients with a first-rate offering and develop new relationships.”
