This app will enable us to help businesses to navigate these complex situations, providing vital support when they need it most, at the touch of a button. “Our lawyers are highly experienced within this remit, successfully advising all types of businesses facing a competition dawn raid, no matter how tense and difficult the circumstances, and all without damaging important regulatory relationships. Our deep understanding of the powers and procedures of the relevant authorities and our extensive experience of managing such situations allow us to advise clients on the practical and strategic issues that are key to steering cases to successful closure.” Rachel Broquard, Service Excellence Partner, Eversheds Sutherland, said: “Dawn raids can affect any client in any sector, anywhere in the world. Delivering technology solutions to help them better manage the continuity of their businesses is a key service offering from Eversheds Sutherland, helping to ensure a co-ordinated approach to corporate compliance in an increasingly complex climate.”
The app is available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
