WirtschaftsWoche again names Eversheds Sutherland as top legal practice for IT and data protection law

 

The German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche has again recognised Eversheds Sutherland as a top legal practice for IT and data protection law. Moreover, partners Dr. Alexander Niethammer and Nils Müller rank among the most recommended "TOP lawyers 2021" for data protection law along with Dr. Lutz Schreiber for IT law.

Alexander Niethammer (Munich) advises national and international clients on all questions of data protection law, data security and IT law as well as contract law. He specialises in advising in connection with international licence agreements, technology project contracts and the structuring of distribution networks. In addition, he represents clients vis-à-vis data protection authorities and advises within the framework of IT compliance projects regarding data protection provisions in contracts and data protection questions arising in connection with company transactions and outsourcings.
