Eversheds Among Top Firms Globally for M&A Deals in First Half of 2025

Partner Bob Copps, Co-Head of Global Corporate and US Corporate Practice Group Leader, comments for the Daily Report on the firm’s ranking among the top 10 law firms globally for M&A, as based on the 2025 mid-year “Global Mergers & Acquisitions Review” legal advisors report from the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).

He added that while the impact of tariffs and other geopolitical developments has been at the forefront of dealmakers’ minds in 2025, “Our global team has been able to advise on the impact from both the U.S. perspective and the international perspective.”
