Samuel Fortuzi advises domestic and international clients in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, labour law and sports law.

Samuel has been working as an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland since July 2024 and is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. He was admitted to the bar in July 2024.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland as a qualified lawyer, Samuel completed his legal traineeship at the firm and gained valuable experience at the Justice of the Peace Court in Fribourg.

Samuel studied law at the University of Fribourg (BLaw 2019, MLaw 2021; bilingual German/French). In spring 2022, he completed an English language course at the Wimbledon School of English in London.
