Lisa is a Senior Partner in our Real Estate Disputes team.
Lisa helps her clients navigate complex disputes to reach the best possible outcome, whether that be using litigation, ADR or strategic correspondence.
Having previously led the group for five years, Lisa advises on a full range of property-related disputes and has significant experience in dilapidation and rent review disputes, regularly acting on multi-million pound claims. Her practice also spans rights to light disputes, restrictive covenant issues and agricultural law. Lisa is one of the few solicitor members of Arbrix and she regularly acts as a legal assessor on rent review disputes.
She is also an experienced solicitor-advocate and regularly publishes articles and delivers thought leadership training to clients and intermediaries.
