Eversheds Sutherland Poland advised Foreign Expansion Fund 2 FIZAN on debt financing for Recykl Invest’s acquisition of stakes in two waste management companies

Eversheds Sutherland Poland has advised the Foreign Expansion Fund 2 FIZAN of Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. (PFR) on debt financing to Recykl Invest sp. z o.o. for the acquisition of stakes in 2 companies operating in the waste management sector in Kaunas (Lithuania) and Wernigerode (Germany).  

This marks the PFR Group's project financing investment in Lithuania and Germany.

Eversheds Sutherland Poland provided support in the preparation and finalisation of the financing documentation, with the banking and finance team led by Mateusz Dereszyński, with assistance from Adrian Ziółkowski, Rafal Włodzimierz Piasecki and Andrzej Błażewicz.
