Eversheds Sutherland has advised Lärandegruppen i Sverige AB in connection with its acquisition of Consensum Lund AB, including Consensum Gymnasium in Lund and a number of higher vocational education programmes for specialization in medicine.

Lärandegruppen i Sverige AB is one of Sweden's largest independent school groups and has provided education since 1999. The acquisition of the higher vocational education programmes  will add a new segment to their offering.
