Eversheds Sutherland Advises Rheem on Acquisition of Nortek Global HVAC

Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce that it advised Rheem Manufacturing on its completed acquisition of Nortek Global HVAC (NGH) from Madison Industries.
NGH, founded in 1919, is a leading manufacturer of heating and cooling products serving the residential and manufactured housing markets. With this acquisition, NGH is now part of Rheem’s Global Air Division.

Headquartered in O’Fallon, Missouri, NGH also operates a manufacturing facility in Saltillo, Mexico, and a distribution center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Eversheds Sutherland Partners Bob Pile (Corporate) and Craig Alcorn (Corporate) led the Eversheds Sutherland deal team, which included support from partners Robert Chase (Tax), Michael Hepburn (Benefits), Hill Jeffries (Corporate), Rachel Reid (Corporate), Joshua Shapiro (Antitrust) and Jeremy Spier (Intellectual Property), and associates Adam Byrne (Corporate), Luke Habeeb (Benefits), Jazmen Howard (Corporate), Haley Klass (Corporate) and Jennifer Sandlin (Intellectual Property).
