Eversheds Sutherland has advised the European Innovation Council Fund (EIC Fund) in connection with a funding round in CYTO365 AB.
CYTO365 AB is a medtech company and has received financing from the EIC Fund for its business to develop and launch their product RondelO™. This product prevents infusion therapy drugs accidentally being mixed and combats drug incompatibility by design, and it is the only physical device that adds an extra layer of safety for the handling and administration of drugs to the patient.
This transaction is part of the long-term collaboration agreement between Eversheds Sutherland and the EIC Fund.
Eversheds Sutherland's team consisted of Gabriel Albemark, Joel Olsson and Therése Berg.
