You will get a comprehensive overview of the foundational principles and current issues in US employment law. We will provide you with vital insights and guidance on the core concepts and most common employment laws that every employer, manager and HR specialist must know.
Please note that this virtual course will only cover the basic foundations of the topics in the programme. We aim to bring to life these topics through real-life scenarios. Participants will have the opportunity to break out into groups and get involved in the scenario to utilise the theory covered to enhance their understanding and interpretation of US employment law by providing solutions and feedback to the facilitators when they return to the main room.
