Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns advises LAU Infra Grupa on its successful initial public offering - the first ever of a state-owned enterprise in Latvia.

We are proud to have advised road maintenance and civil engineering company LAU Infra Grupa on the successful completion of its initial public offering - a landmark transaction for Latvia’s capital market.

 

The offering attracted strong investor interest across the Baltics, with 1,981 investors from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia subscribing for 3,944,893 shares with a total value of EUR 6.19 million.

 

A particularly strong signal of confidence was the participation of leading Baltic pension funds, highlighting institutional trust in the company’s business model, financial performance, and long-term growth prospects.

 

Our capital markets team, led by Marta Rudzīte and Maris Vainovskis acted as legal advisors and provided strategic guidance for this milestone transaction.
