Eversheds Sutherland enhances private capital real estate offering with new partner hire

Claire joins the global law firm’s real estate team from Goodwin. 

Claire brings extensive experience working on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of high value investment properties and portfolios, development funding, real estate finance transactions, sale and leaseback transactions, M&A corporate support as well as significant experience in leasing and management. 

Her experience includes acting for a range of UK and global investors, international funds, operators and lenders across all sectors including, amongst others, office, logistics, senior living, student, PRS, leisure, healthcare, retail, energy, infrastructure and tech. 

Alongside her day-to-day practice, Claire has also been recognised for her role in a number of pro-bono initiatives working for numerous charitable andeducational organisations as well as sitting on diversity and inclusion committees.

This latest appointment to the Eversheds Sutherland real estate team follows the partner hires of Rob Donell to its digital infrastructure team, and Berend Zwart to boost its corporate real estate capabilities in the Netherlands.
