From 1 October 2023, there is a new regulatory regime for the design and construction of higher risk buildings and a new dutyholder regime for works carried out under the Building Regulations 2010. Both have been introduced by the Building Safety Act 2022. We have produced Navigating you through the Building Safety Act 2022, with several flowcharts to assist with embracing these widespread changes.
