Eversheds Sutherland supports the Honegger Group in important acquisitions in Western Switzerland and Ticino

Honegger is thereby further strengthening its position in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. As part of the transaction, the current customer contracts as well as the employment relationships with approximately 420 employees from offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel were transferred to Honegger. Explicitly excluded from the sale were all of Onet's activities in the nuclear sector.

At the end of September 2022, Honegger AG also acquired the long-established company Pulirapid SA, based in Balerna (Ticino), with around 120 employees. Pulirapid SA has been anchored in Ticino for over 50 years and offers various facility management services. With this acquisition, Honegger strengthens its existing presence in Ticino and creates the conditions for further development on the market.
