Eversheds Sutherland Belgium has advised Black Tiger Belgium (formerly Bisnode Belgium) with respect to the sale of its B2B division to listed multimedia group Roularta (NYSE Euronext Brussels: ROU).

Trends Business Information, Roularta Media Group’s financial and commercial information department, is taking over the B2B activities of Black Tiger Belgium (formerly Bisnode Belgium).

Eversheds Sutherland Belgium’s team consisted of Benjamin Haberkorn and Cédric Werbrouck (corporate M&A), Céline Wauters and Isabelle Gerzat (HR/employment) and Gregory Komlosi (tax).
