Stephen Mok is the Senior Consultant of the Hong Kong office, and was formerly the Head of Corporate, Asia of Eversheds Sutherland.
He has over 30 years of corporate finance experience in providing legal services to Hong Kong listed companies and investment banks.
Stephen specialises in corporate restructuring of Chinese enterprises and assisting such enterprises to list on HKEX. He is particularly experienced in advising Hong Kong listed companies on their compliance with relevant securities regulations and law in Hong Kong and corporate and commercial transactions.
Stephen is admitted to practise law in Hong Kong and speaks fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
