She advises insurance companies on liability for personal injury in both national and international cases, including matters involving medical negligence, and represents clients in the corresponding court proceedings. She also advises clients across a range of sectors on product safety and recall issues.
As a member of the firm's employment practice group, Sarah advises clients on a wide variety of workplace matters. These include reorganizations and redundancies, dismissals for performance or conduct reasons, cross-border employment and labor law questions, employee benefits, HR policies, working time regulations, transfers of undertakings, work assignments, health and safety in the workplace and conflict resolution.
In 2022, Sarah obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in liability and insurance law at the Institute for Legal Studies and Legal Practice of the University of St. Gallen. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland Sarah worked as an associate with a law firm focusing on construction law and as a court clerk for civil and criminal law proceedings in the district court of Horgen.
