Eversheds Sutherland advises Quad/Graphics, Inc on the completion of the sale of its European operationsMarch 05, 2025 The English, Polish and French offices of Eversheds Sutherland advised Quad/Graphics, Inc on the international transaction for the sale of the European operations of the Quad/Graphics, Inc group to Capmont GmbH, a German alternative asset management platform. Quad/Graphics, Inc announced the transaction on its website at https://www.quad.com/newsroom/quad-completes-sale-of-its-european-operations-to-capmont. Advice on the Polish part of the completion of the transaction was provided by Grzegorz Barszcz (Counsel, M&A) and Adrian Ziolkowski (of Counsel, Banking and Finance), and partner supervision was provided by Ewa Szlachetka (Partner, M&A, Capital Markets, ESG) and Mateusz Dereszynski (Banking and Finance).
