Eversheds Sutherland advises Sinclair Pharma on its acquisition of Viora Group 

A multi-disciplinary team from Eversheds Sutherland has advised long-standing client, Sinclair Pharma, on its acquisition of the group of companies that form the Viora Group.

Sinclair Pharma, a global aesthetics company headquartered in London and a fully-owned subsidiary of Huadong Medicine Company Limited,  acquired Viora Group’s many aesthetic and non-invasive medical brands, which operate in the US with a global distribution network across over 60 countries.   

Corporate partner Simon Masters led the Eversheds Sutherland team supported by Emma Greenwood (Legal Director),  Gillian McKechnie (Associate) and Robyn Thompson (Associate) together with a multidisciplinary team from Eversheds Sutherland’s offices in the UK and the United States.   The team worked alongside local law firm Herzog, Fox & Neeman in Tel Aviv who advised on the Israeli aspects of the transaction.
