Welcome to the latest edition of our employment litigation newsletter, where we highlight some of the most topical and practical litigation issues and developments for employers. 
In this edition, we shine a spotlight on the launch of the consultation on mandatory ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting, which will inform the Equality (Race and Disability) Bill, as well as the new right to statutory neonatal care leave and pay. We also give an update on the progress of the Employment Rights Bill and consider its implications for employment litigation, with a particular focus in this edition on the extended time limits for bringing claims in the employment tribunal and the impact of the new state enforcement powers.
