She advises on all aspects of commercial property disputes including dilapidations, forfeiture, rights of way, lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), breach of covenant and break options. Mihaela also specialises in agricultural law and she frequently assists clients across various sectors that are facing challenges related to agricultural tenants and rural land by providing practical and actionable advice in respect of vacant possession strategies.
