Eversheds Sutherland strengthens Benelux team with corporate partner hireFebruary 05, 2025 Eversheds Sutherland has strengthened its corporate and M&A practice across Benelux with the appointment of Kristof Slootmans as partner.
With close to 20 years of experience, Kristof joins the firm’s company commercial team in Brussels from KPMG Law where he was Senior Counsel from 2018. Prior to KPMG Law he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice of DLA Piper’s Brussel’s office. Kristof is fluent in Dutch, English and French. Kristof brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm, with a specific focus on (private and public) M&A, (post-acquisition) corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. Throughout his career he has advised both SME’s and large multinational clients in a wide range of sectors including technology, life sciences and transport & logistics.
