Class actions are seeing a significant period of growth across the world. Recent legislative reforms, such as the EU’s Representative Actions Directive, are driving change and awareness of group litigation beyond the US and across Europe.

In this second episode, Jennifer Miles is joined by Stephan von Marschall, who discusses the relatively new class actions landscape in Germany, which came into force in October 2023 to enforce the European Directive on Representative Actions.
