Eversheds Sutherland Wierzbowski joins Automotive Market Lawyers Association

Eversheds Sutherland Poland became a member of the Automotive Market Lawyers Association. The firm will be represented in AMLA (SPRM) by dr Dariusz Aziewicz, attorney-at-law, specialist in competition law on the Commercial team.

The association's goal is to improve the qualifications of its members so that they can provide legal services to the automotive sector with even more professionalism. The association does this, among others, by:

• enabling direct contacts for associates dealing with legal services for companies operating on the automotive market, 
• shaping and promoting the exchange of knowledge, experience and materials between lawyers operating on the automotive market,
• raising the general level of knowledge of members and their legal services in the field of automotive market law,
• integration of automotive market lawyers,
• popularizing modern legal service standards,
• popularizing technical knowledge and new automotive solutions among our members,
• initiating and giving opinions on legal solutions supporting market changes.

Members of the Association have access to training, workshops and conferences on practical and theoretical issues of automotive law organized by the Association. The website provides a catalog of lawyers and law firms providing legal services to the automotive market, together with the scope of their activity and specialization. The association was founded in April 2018. The founders of AMLA (SPRM) are several dozen lawyers who are attorneys-at-law and tax advisors.
