We are pleased to have advised Arcwide on their recent acquisition of Cedar Bay’s UK and US IFS business.
Arcwide is a joint venture between BearingPoint and IFS dedicated to the deployment of IFS Cloud services, which unites technology innovation and professional services to help companies accelerate value realisation.

The team was led by Claire Wills and Lee Harris, supported by Lowri Roberts.

Partner Antony Walsh from our Corporate team said: “We were delighted to act for our long established client, BearingPoint, on the successful acquisition of Cedar Bay’s IFS business. This was a complex, multijurisdictional transaction, and we are very pleased to bring it across the line for the BearingPoint and Arcwide teams.”
