Eversheds Sutherland advises EQT Real Estate on the financing of a logistics portfolio in Germany

EQT Real Estate has closed a term loan and development loan in sum exceeding EUR 170m with Aareal Bank AG to refinance a portfolio of logistics assets and development projects across Germany. Eversheds Sutherland advised EQT Real Estate team on the transaction.

The seamless collaboration between Stefano Birolini and Federica Ferri of EQT Real Estate and the Eversheds Sutherland team exemplified the strength of the partnership, enabling the transaction to be executed with exceptional efficiency.
