We are pleased to have advised Pollen Street Capital on the acquisition of Assessio, a leading talent assessment software platform in the Nordics. 

The team was led by Ulrika Sparrman, supported by Gabriel Albemark, Anna Thoms, Joel Olsson and Mark Falkner in Sweden, and Shelley Evans and Lowri Roberts in the UK. Acquisition financing was led by UK leveraged finance partner Chris Hastings, with support from Tord Svensson, Mattias Dacker and Jessica Khoo in Sweden
