Partner Clifford Kirsch speaks with Financial Advisor IQ about potential changes at The Securities and Exchange Commission given an imminent change in the US administration and in light of a recent report from the Office of the Inspector General that identified some obstacles facing the SEC’s work. Cliff noted that the agency might consider issuing a greater number of proposals based on preceding concept releases to create more meaningful opportunity for public comment.
