Eversheds Sutherland advises TSG Austria on the acquisition of E-Port Elektrotechnik GmbHDecember 18, 2024 The international law firm Eversheds Sutherland has successfully advised TSG Austria GmbH on the acquisition of E-Port Elektrotechnik GmbH from Upper Austria. The M&A team supported the transaction from the due diligence, contract negotiation and drafting to the closing. TSG Austria, a major provider of technical services for responsible mobility solutions, is a key enabler of the energy transition for mobility. TSG designs, builds and maintains all types of energy distribution infrastructures for mobility: electric vehicles charging network, LPG/LNG, hydrogen and also fuel/biofuel service stations. E-Port Elektrotechnik is a medium-sized company that focuses on the planning and production of innovative electrical systems and installations. With the acquisition of E-Port Elektrotechnik, TSG Austria is further strengthening its market position in Austria. The transaction was led by Aurelius Freytag, Partner M&A and Competition Law, and the two Corporate/M&A lawyers Clemens Stieger (Legal Director) and Sebastian Borer (Legal Director). Furthermore, Sandra Singhofer (Associate Employment Law), Michael Röhsner (Partner Data Protection and Commercial) and Julian Maurer (Associate Data Protection and Intellectual Property) were involved in the full due diligence.
