Justinas Usonis is a Partner in our Vilnius office. He focuses on employment matters in corporate restructuring, collective bargaining, litigation and posting of employees. Justinas has an extensive experience representing interests of road carriers.
Justinas has more than 20 years of professional experience advising clients on employment matters in corporate restructuring, producing local legal acts, helping with posting of employees, etc. He has long and profound experience in creating strategies for litigation, handling employment disputes, helping with collective bargaining in local and branch levels. Justinas holds training sessions for companies on all aspects of employment law.
Justinas has extensive experience representing interests of road carriers. He represents the road carrier’s associations and companies. During 1998-2014, Justinas represented Lithuanian road carriers in the International Road Transport Union IRU (Geneva), as a member of the IRU Commission of Social Affairs (CAS) and the IRU Commission of Legal Affairs (CAJ).
As an associate professor at Vilnius University Faculty of Law, Justinas was a member of the working group for the drafting of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania (2017). He is engaged in academic activities, conducts researches and supervises student's theses.
