Tomas joined Eversheds in 2013 and before that he was a partner in another international law firm. Tomas Rymeikis has 20 plus years of experience in advising domestic and international clients on a wide spectrum of matters. As a renowned M&A market specialist, Tomas Rymeikis has been actively involved and represented clients in a number of complex transactions, such as the biggest Lithuanian privatisation transactions, great scale multijurisdictional M&A and acquisition finacing deals, etc. He is being constantly ranked as a highly recomended lawyer by such directories as Chambers and partners, Legal500, IFLR1000 among the others.
Tomas is a member of the Lithuanian as well as of the International Bar Associations.
