Egita is a sworn attorney specializing in criminal and commercial law with extensive experience in various corporate projects and transactions.
She has more than five years of experience working with criminal proceedings. Egita has advised clients from several jurisdictions on various corporate matters. She's also actively involved in corporate governance projects. Egita provides support to customers by implementing internal control systems in the company, which, among other things, reduce the risks of non-compliance with the customer's money laundering, terrorism and proliferation financing, as well as sanctions imposed at the national and international levels.
Egita has graduated the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia and has obtained the Professional Master's degree in Law and lawyer’s qualification.
