We are pleased to have advised EIKA Co-Living Fund (EIKA) on the sale of the company owning the former University of Latvia complex in Āgenskalns, Riga, comprising more than 9,000 m².

The transaction marks the completion of an important investment chapter for EIKA in Latvia and opens the way for the next stage in the property’s development.

Our involvement extends well beyond the transaction itself. We supported EIKA in the original acquisition of the property and subsequently advised on various matters throughout its ownership and development planning stage.  

The Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns team was led by Laima Eglīte, Co-Head of Real Estate, Construction and Energy.
