Dutch Budget Day 2026: Key Tax Changes for 2027September 17, 2026 The Dutch government has unveiled its Tax Plan 2027 package as part of Budget Day (Prinsjesdag), introducing a range of proposed measures that could have significant implications for businesses, investors, employers and multinational groups operating in or through the Netherlands. The proposals cover corporate taxation, dividend withholding tax, personal income tax, payroll taxes, VAT, real estate transfer tax and Pillar Two minimum taxation.
