Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to have advised Gemini Financial Holdings Corporation and its subsidiaries, including Olympus MGA Corp. and Olympus Insurance Company (collectively, “Olympus”), one of the leading underwriting franchises in Florida, as legal counsel on the acquisition of Olympus by SageSure, the largest residential property MGU in the US specializing in catastrophe-exposed markets. 

The transaction was originally announced on September 10, 2025, and closed on January 2, 2026.

As a result of the acquisition, SageSure now manages a combined ~130,000 inforce policies, ~$700 million in gross written premium, and a network of ~1,500 independent agents across the state of Florida.
