Eversheds Sutherland advises Epwin Group PLC on its acquisition by LaumannAugust 08, 2025 Eversheds Sutherland has advised UK-based building products manufacturer, Epwin Group PLC, on its proposed acquisition by German construction supplier Laumann, valuing Epwin at approximately £167.3 million. Epwin is a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient and low-maintenance building products for the RMI, social housing and new build markets across the UK. With nearly 50 years of operational history and a workforce of over 2,100 employees across more than 100 locations, Epwin produces over 60,000 tonnes of PVC, aluminium, GRP, and composite products annually. Laumann is an international provider of construction-related product solutions and IT services. Led by public company advisory partner Stephen Nash and senior associate Oscar Coombe, Eversheds Sutherland acted as sole legal adviser to Epwin Group PLC. The wider team comprised: Partners Alistair Cree (corporate) and Danny Blum (employee incentives), Legal Director Victoria Green (employee incentives) and Associate Michael Hyde (corporate).
